PODCAST

RE:USED 2 is a podcast about the reuse and transformation of existing buildings, and of course the people who make it happen.

Every episode brings a different voice to the conversation: architects, urban planners, municipalities, developers, investors, activists, and everyone else who plays a role in giving buildings a second life.

The idea is simple:
reuse is not just a design question.

It is a legal, financial, social, and cultural one, and it takes many different people to get it right. RE:USED 2 creates the space where all of them can meet, share their experience, and learn from each other.

Whether you are looking for inspiration, expertise, or the right person for your project –> this is the community for you.

Think of it as your go-to resource for everything around building reuse: real conversations, real projects, real people.

SPEAKING & MODERATION

Speaking about sustainable cities is something I keep coming back to. Not because it is part of the job, but because it genuinely matters to me.

How we deal with the buildings we already have, how our cities evolve, and how all the different people involved in that process find a way to work together. These are the questions I find myself thinking about all the time.

Over the years I have moderated panels and spoken at events where these topics were at the center. From construction and architecture to investment and urban development.

For two years I have been part of ESG Plovdiv – Investment, Hospitality & Construction, moderating panels on architecture and sustainable building. Every edition reminded me why these conversations need to happen more often.

What I enjoy most is creating a space where people with very different backgrounds actually listen to each other and leave with something new.

If you are putting together an event around sustainable cities, building reuse, or the future of the built environment and are looking for someone to moderate or contribute as a speaker
>>> I would love to be part of it.

PROJECTS & CONSULTING

Every project starts with a question.

Sometimes it is a clear brief, sometimes it is just a feeling that a space could be something more than it currently is. That moment, before the drawings, before the decisions, is where the work really begins.

What we do is help navigate that process from the very beginning to the very end. From the first conversations about strategy and vision, through design development and the permits that make it real, all the way to execution and being present on site when things are actually being built.

Every phase matters, and every phase connects to the next.

The projects here are different in scale, program, and context, but they all share the same approach:
Take the question seriously, work through it carefully, and find a solution that makes sense for the place and the people involved.

But good work takes time. Trust and patience from clients who came with a vision and gave the process the space it needed to breathe. That trust, between a client and their architect, is just as important as the result.
